What can In-Home Care provide for my Patients?

In-Home Care Services, like those provided by Alta Home Care, provide comfort and compassionate care for a variety of patients, even if they are already receiving home health, hospice, rehab, or other services.

In-Home Care Services are not restricted by hour or service limits, which means patients can have care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on any schedule. The Management and Staff at Alta Home Care highly promote additional services (home health, hospice, therapy, etc.) for those clients who qualify.  While we do not provide skilled care directly, we understand how patients can benefit from additional services.

What types of patients are most appropriate for in-home care services?

How do I send a referral, and will my patient need a physician’s order before they start services?

Referrals can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling toll-free 800-365-1110. Typically, our clients do not require any documentation from their physician to use our services.
